Chip currently serves on the Board of Director’s for Bruckner Truck Sales, Fellowship of Christian Athletes Panhandle Chapter, and served prior terms on the Amarillo Children’s Home Board of Director’s. He has also served on Advisory Boards for Wyotech, UTI, Lincoln Tech, and Amarillo College.
Chip will have been with Bruckner’s 15 years in March 2021. As VP of Operation’s, Chip leads the organizations Corporate Parts and Service initiatives for all 27 locations in 6 states.

Prior to his current role, Chip was the Director of Human Resources for Bruckner’s focusing his attention on recruitment, employee retention, labor law compliance, Workers Comp, and Safety for the company.
Over the course of his career, Chip has been heavily involved with industry recruitment efforts partnering with Wyotech, UTI, TSTC, and various other vocational programs. Prior to Bruckner’s, Chip was employed as the Recruitment Director for Corporate Systems with a focus on College Recruitment.
Chip has been married for 23 years to his wife, Rhonda. They have two incredible kids, Trey (19) is a Sophomore at Texas A&M, and Marley (17) a Senior at Amarillo High School. Rhonda will be graduating in May with a Master of Science degree from Texas A&M University. She is a full-time professor in the business department at Amarillo College.
Since 2008, Chip has been employed part time as Adjunct Faculty at Amarillo College where he teaches: Human Relations, Communications, Supervision, Customer Service, Investments, and Human Resource Management.
