TRACEY MAYNOR

Tracey Maynor is the owner and CEO of W&B Service Company, Superior Trailer Sales Company, and Griffin Fishing Charters & Lodge.

Tracey joined W&B Service Company as President and COO in 2011. In March 2013, he purchased the company from John Chisolm, becoming the third owner of W&B. Since then, the company has seen exponential growth, increasing from 167 employees in 2011 to over 470 today. Under Tracey’s leadership, the company has expanded its product offerings by adding a trailer sales division in 2012 and purchasing Superior Trailer Sales Company in May 2018. Today, W&B Service Company has locations in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana and remains the largest Carrier Transicold dealer in the Nation. Superior Trailer Sales is the Nation’s top dealer for Hyundai Translead, Fontaine, Dorsey, Doonan; and regularly rank in the top three for all other OEM’s.

Owner/CEO of W&B Service Company and Superior Trailer Sales Company

Tracey is originally from North Carolina. He was only the second member of his family to graduate high school, and the first to go to college.  At 17, he joined the Army to help pay for tuition. He attended East Carolina University, where he received a degree in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Distribution and Sales. Tracey began his career at PYA Monarch as a truck driver and mechanic until he was promoted to fleet maintenance, and then fleet management. Coming from a family of truck drivers and mechanics, Tracey was immediately at home in the industry. He moved into trailer sales with Great Dane and worked his way up to Vice President of Sales and Operations. After leaving Great Dane, he served as COO of Kidron and Hackney. Tracey found his home with W&B Service Company, headquartered in Dallas, TX.

Tracey is married to his high school sweetheart, Jamie, and they have one son, Kellam (27), who is currently the Branch Manager for W&B’s Duncanville, Texas, location. When he isn’t working, Tracey loves to spend time with his family, go to NASCAR races, relax at the lake, and fish as often as possible!

In 2017, Tracey took his passion for fishing up a notch and purchased Griffin Fishing Charters & Lodge in Barataria, Louisiana – just outside of New Orleans. As a customer of the lodge since the 1990s, Tracey knew the Cajun Hospitality and Louisiana Redfishing cannot be beat. After a major renovation, the lodge is now a premier fishing destination for families, friends, and corporate retreats.
